Hy’s Steak House invites you to an evening exploring the wines of Portugal with Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo & Kate Goldberg, Portuguese Wine Specialist of Kobrand. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner highlighting Portugal’s diverse wine regions, from the crisp, mineral-driven wines of the Atlantic coast to the rich and complex Ports of the Douro Valley. Throughout the evening, Patrick and Kate will share the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind each bottle. Retail and library selections of exclusive ports will also be available as a supplement.

Join us for an evening celebrating one of California’s most iconic wineries, Ridge Vineyards alongside guided tasting pours of seven exceptional Ridge wines. Additional pours and retail bottles will be available for purchase throughout the evening. As a special offering, guests attending the tasting are invited to make an evening of it by joining us for dinner at Quiora after the event. Complimentary corkage will be extended for any Ridge bottle purchased during the tasting or for guests who wish to bring a favorite Ridge bottle from their personal cellar to enjoy with dinner. We also encourage collectors to bring a special Ridge bottle to the tasting itself to share with fellow enthusiasts and celebrate the remarkable history of this iconic winery.
